SRXP Mobile Expense Reporting

SRXP digitises expense reporting with an expenses app and online portal. No more lost receipts, but efficient processing, real-time insights and happy expense reporters instead.

SRXP offers an expenses app and online portal to make your expense reporting process more efficient and more insightful. No more scanning of wrinkled receipts, coping with lost receipts, submitting or processing paper expense forms. SRXP consists of a proven workflow in which the expense reporter uses the expenses app to capture receipts, report mileage expenses and submit working hours and duties. Approvers check the expense reports in the online portal, after which the finance department performs a last check. After the final approval the expenses are automatically exported to the financial system. SRXP fits into the processes of every organisation thanks to its numerous integrations and powerful features like flexible workflows, business rules, credit card integration, assistant functionality, single sign-on, in-app support, and easy-to-use admin. By using it, all participants of the expense process -expense reporters, approvers, and finance managers - save time on the expense reporting process. That way every one can focus on what really matters. SRXP is the Dutch market leader with clients such as Travix, SkyTeam and Bugaboo. We have realised triple digit growth in both 2014 and 2015, and we are confident that we will do it again in 2016. ‘SRXP is a smart solution for one of the administrative tasks most complained about by account managers.’ – Mieke van der Loo, CSO at Bugaboo. 'SRXP offers a good and affordable solution for the problems we were experiencing. This is amplified by their down-to-earth and pleasant way of doing business.' - Marcel van Peek, Payroll Manager at Mammoet.
